We received a lot of peanut butter and jelly during the Soul Food Ministry "Spread the Love" campaign in May. The donations will help to make sandwiches for children attending summer school, when many of them are not otherwise provided with a free meal. Soul Food Ministry helps to feed approximately 100 local families every week throughout the year.

Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) License Renewal Requirements
- All Florida CAM licenses expire September 30 of every even-numbered year. The next license renewal date is September 30, 2016.
- All Florida CAM licensees must complete 10 hours of CAM Continuing Education during each year of the license renewal period. The next deadline for completing all 20 Hours of CAM Continuing Education is September 30, 2016.
NOTE: If you are licensed during the period of October 1, 2014 and September 30, 2016, you DO NOT need any continuing education for your first license renewal as you are exempt from the continuing education requirement. However, you will still need to renew your license and pay the license renewal fee of $105. |

Although the state says you have up to 2 years to complete this course after obtaining your Florida Sales Associate license, we recommend attending this course within the first 2 months of being licensed.
