Florida Mortgage Broker License Course starts September 11 in Fort Myers


Larson Educational Services in Fort Myers still has seats available in its weekend offering of the Florida Mortgage Broker Licensing Course. Class runs 3 days total. Our next two classes are September 11-13 (Fri-Sun) and November 13-15 (Fri-Sun) from 8:30am-4:30pm each day.

Our Mortgage Broker License Course is the 24-hour course required to obtain your Florida mortgage broker license.

In this course you’ll learn the basic principles and business fundamentals of financing and mortgage brokerage. You’ll leave the course with a comprehensive understanding of common mortgage terms, state and federal lending laws, mortgage broker standards of conduct, common industry practices, current Florida licensing requirements, and Florida licensing rules.
The course materials include a student workbook with space for notes and sample questions and diagnostic exams to measure your progress and prepare you for success.
