Florida Real Estate School
2015 is 25% Complete
Can you believe it is April already? We've already made it 1/4 of the way through the year!
We just wrapped up another real estate license renewal period this week (it ended on March 31) and it is always a very busy time for our staff because of all the online classes being completed and all of the exams being graded. One thing we hear from customers time and time again regarding Post-Licensing and Continuing Education is "I wish I would have done it sooner." Some of the coursework requires the passing of an exam to get the class credit and waiting until the last minute can cause a lot of stress.
In fact, if you are a real estate sales associate or broker renewing your license for the first time, you need to pass an end of course exam to complete the Post License Education Requirement. However, if you fail the exam, you must wait 30 days to take it again. If you wait to take this course during the same month as your license renewal date and then are unable to pass the exam, your license could go NULL and VOID. The good news is we have a very, very high success rate in our classroom course since we include exam prep in your tuition, but make it easier on yourself and get it done early.
