70% of Florida Real Estate Licensees HAVE NOT Renewed

REAL ESTATE LICENSE RENEWAL DEADLINE

We are quickly approaching March 31 and according to a recent report from the DBPR, nearly 70% of Florida real estate licensees with a March 31, 2012 renewal date HAVE NOT renewed their license. Remember that in order to renew your license, you not only have to pay your $85 renewal fee, but you must also complete your education requirement, whether it's Continuing Education or Post-License Education. If you are unsure if your license expires on March 31, just give us a call at (239) 344-7510 and we will look it up for you. - Brad Larson
